Stewardship Team

The members of the Stewardship Team work with owners and managers of private land to support their voluntary stewardship efforts. Projects include:

Habitat enhancement and restoration protecting rare habitats and species
Partnerships with agricultural land owners and recognition of those who practise sustainable farming
Providing support for fencing wetlands and creeks
Invasive plant education and coordination
